Best Fat Loss Prohormone - Antioxidants May Fight Fat
The benefits of antioxidants found in many fruits, vegetables, nuts, tea and wine may include tinkering with fat cells in a way that wraps obesity and helps the heart.
A new study shows that, in test tubes, antioxidants called flavonoids and phenolic acids adjusting the fat fat cells.Antioxidants do not kill fat cells or cut the number of fat cells in the test tubes. Instead, they made fat cells cut their triglyceride production, which are a cardiac risk. The antioxidants did this by crossing a necessary enzyme to make triglycerides, according to the study.
This particular enzyme was effectively reduced by phenolic o-coupling and flavonoid ruthino, reporting researchers.
They included Gow-Chin Yen, PhD, Professor of the Food Science and Biotechnology Department at Taiwan's National University of Chung Hsing.
It will take more work to find out if the cells and fat antioxidants behave in the same way in the human body. Meanwhile, research support rescues eating a healthy rich diet in producing.
The study appears in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.
