Sota Weight Loss Cost - Better Sleep for Better Weight Loss
Monday, (HealthDay News) - Did you know that the key to your "Dream Diet" can be as close as your room?
along with calories cutting and adding exercise, sleeping enough is important to combat weight gain. Of course, you can not eat if you're sleeping. But there is more than that.
Studies show that sleep deprivation increases the hormone that stimulates appetite and decreases what it says to your brain you are satisfied. So sleepy people can really feel hungry than those who are rested, and they tend to achieve comfort foods as well, like those rich in fat and carbohydrates.
Most adults should have at least seven hours of sleep per night, with some people who need up to nine, according to the National Sleep Foundation. But between work, home and children, like you "hung up the day" and get more zzzzzs?
- Exercise regularly, but do several hours before hitting the bag so you have time to relax.
- Create a quiet-time ritual, as immersion in a hot bath or listen to soothing music.
- Do, however, avoid having a nightcap since alcohol can interfere with sleep - a herbal tea mug would be better.
- and set the stage: Make your room cool, dark and comfortable, no gadgets or electronics of any kind.
These are some examples of good sleep hygiene, steps that should facilitate fall asleep and sleep.
And remember, getting the rest you need will make you more able to take over the day - and maybe even the scale.
