Healthy Dinner For Fat Loss - Kim's Story: An Inspiration for Healthy Weight Loss
Kim became a regular in the Golden Gym, working out with two fitness coaches. She says she loves the gym and made many friends there.
"I lift weights, take cycling classes, use the elliptical instructor and the treadmill on alternate days to elaborate all parts of my body," she says. "My energy level is fantastic and I feel great - much better than before."
As for her feeding plan, it took her a while for her to get used to it. But now she's down pat.
"I realize that ... I can have anything I want, as long as I make healthier choices and eat smaller parts of food as chocolate." she says. "I love the fact that there is no denial, and the food plan is one that is pleasant and sustainable.
"It's so easy and I'll never hung," she says.
She discovers that she is eating much more fruits, vegetables and low fat dairy. And these days, she will not leave the house without breakfast.
"I've never eaten breakfast, and now I like oats or cereal with fruit or yogurt and I'm not hungry until lunch," she says.
She is also experiencing site recipes, much for the delight of her family and friends.
"My husband and adult children enjoy the meals I'm preparing and everyone is benefiting, not just I" says Kim.
She also joins regularly with friends for appetizers "and they are always asking me to bring my recipes recent to meetings," she says.

- Remember that losing weight takes time.
