Friday, (health news) - Teens who eat right can earn less weight later, report researchers.

"People with a healthier diet at age 15 earned less weight over the next five and 10 years," said author David Jacobs, he said in a college news release. Jacobs is a teacher of epidemiology and community health.
A separate study of high school and high school presented similar results. He thought the healthy eaters were no finer at age 15, but they were thinner in 20 and 25 years.
